My Story

 

New Year’s Eve 2004, I woke up and found a lump under my arm and at that moment I knew my life had changed forever.  At the time I had three children 4 and under, the youngest being 3 months old.  My husband was working 60 hours a week so I could be a stay at home mom and this health crisis put a strain on our situation.  Luckily, we made it through 2 bouts of breast cancer in 4 years and are the stronger for it.

As a result of this health crisis, I became interested in learning about health & wellness.  How can I possibly prevent this from happening again?  How can I teach my children, my husband, my family and friends to be preventative?  What could I do to help myself and serve others? Thus, I became a health coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, I got certified in Reiki and Access Bars energy work, became an Aromatouch Instructor and an essential oils expert.  Recently, I added a new tool to my toolbox with CBD oil!!  Also, I am a lover of all thing’s health and wellness. I love to try new products and services so that I may be a resource for others looking for solutions.

Starting a new business brought on its own challenges.  I decided to start networking to help my business grow and I loved it.  I joined many groups, but one really stuck out called H7 Network.  Through this organization I became the Director of the women’s group called Evolve in Columbus Ohio and now 2 years later I have partnered with the owners to expand the concept nationwide.  My official title is Evolve National Managing Partner and I am so excited to support and serve women with their businesses.
